You can apply for any open role or send us a general application if nothing fits yet. We keep the process simple and human. In an initial relaxed conversation we talk about your skills, your interests, and what you are looking for. If both sides feel good about it, we set up another conversation with someone from the team. Most of the time these two steps are enough.
It depends on the role. We do not have strict rules. We look at the experience you bring and how it fits the job. Your motivation and your willingness to learn are just as important to us as your past work.
With a digital-first setup and cloud-based processes, we enable flexible working models that fit modern life. What counts is the outcome, not where or when you deliver it.
We work only with Apple devices. You choose the laptop and setup you prefer. We give you all the tools and software you need so you can start working right away. If you need something later, you tell us and we take care of it. It is important to us that no unnecessary blockages arise due to a lack of work equipment.
You work with clear priorities, structured focus time and short, efficient alignment sessions. You spend most of your day building, analyzing or solving real problems, not fighting unnecessary bureaucracy. If you value autonomy and real responsibility and prefer execution over endless discussion, you’ll fit right in.
You can take up to two paid trainings or certificates of your choice each year. We have some options that have worked well for us, but you can also suggest your own ideas. If a training helps you grow or improve your work, we will support it.
