We work only with Apple devices. You choose the laptop and setup you prefer. We give you all the tools and software you need so you can start working right away. If you need something later, you tell us and we take care of it. It is important to us that no unnecessary blockages arise due to a lack of work equipment.

You spend most of your day building, analyzing or solving real problems, not fighting unnecessary bureaucracy. If you value autonomy and real responsibility and prefer execution over endless discussion, you’ll fit right in.

You can take up to two paid trainings or certificates of your choice each year. We have some options that have worked well for us, but you can also suggest your own ideas. If a training helps you grow or improve your work, we will support it.
