Expertise · AI-Enablement

AI your teams can use.
Compliant from the first login.

A GDPR-compliant AI platform in your own AWS or Azure account, the landing zone under it, on-site training for the people who will use it, and operations with fixed service levels. Everything between the licence and a team that actually works with AI.

Most AI programmes stop at the licence.

Every engineer gets a seat, a few use it, and nothing changes in how work gets done. Enablement is the rest: a platform your security team signs off, access and budgets per team, a workshop where people take their own tasks through the tool, and someone who runs it afterwards. We built our own company AI-native and set all of this up for ourselves first.

Landing zone

Groundwork before takeoff.

AWS or Azure set up the right way before the first workload: guardrails, central logging and audit from the first account, single sign-on with your identity provider, a connection to your data centre, and documentation that passes a certification audit.

AI platform

AI for everyone on board – under your control.

Amazon Bedrock or Microsoft Foundry in your own account, with Claude Code or OpenAI Codex on top. Models served from EU regions, no training on your data, access per group, budgets per team, every access logged.

Training and operations

A crew that knows what it's doing.

On-site training for the people who use AI and the people who run it, from first steps to their own use cases. Afterwards we keep the platform running with fixed service levels, or hand it to your team with the documentation to do so.

How it runs

Set up. Train. Apply. Run.

  1. 01

    Set up

Landing zone and AI platform in your AWS or Azure account: identity, network, guardrails, budgets. Weeks, not months.

  2. 02

    Train

On site with your users and operations team: how agents work, what every user needs to be aware of, and their own tasks taken through the tool.

  3. 03

    Apply

Your people take real tasks through the tool, with us beside them: skills, connections to third-party systems, results checked against what a person would have done.

  4. 04

    Run

We run the cloud environment under a service contract with fixed service levels, or hand it to your operations team with the documentation to do so.

What IT and business teams ask

Which models and tools do you use?

Claude through Amazon Bedrock and GPT through Microsoft Foundry, used with Claude Code or OpenAI Codex. Both run in EU regions and neither trains on your data. These are the setups we have had the best experience with, and we are just as happy to support an individual setup that fits your landscape.

Do prompts or code ever leave our company?

No. Nothing leaves your account. Inference runs through EU inference profiles or EU data zone deployments, inputs and outputs stay in your account or tenant, and every access lands in your own audit trail.

Who gets trained?

The AI training is for everyone who works with the tool, from business teams to engineering. IT teams who run the platform also get the two-day cloud workshop: landing zone, identities and security, running workloads, FinOps.

Start with one team.

Tell us which cloud you are on and which team goes first. We come back with a setup plan, workshop dates and a fixed price.
